The party at fault for the gulf oil spill

The company that is at fault is BP because it was the company that ran the entire project. The crew suffered because the company didn't train the men to read a problem in the gulf. The company is the only party that should be punished for their actions. They are not doing the right thing when it come to preparing crew member that go out to the middle of the ocean to drill for oil at the bottom of the sea. The men that died in the incident that we talked about in class died because of the company that didn't train them properly. BP is responsible for this accident because of the lack of training of crew members. BP should take all responsibility for the spill in the Gulf of Mexico. That is why BP should take the full responsibility for the oil spill.
